HOW DOES THE REWARD SYSTEM WORK?
You must have an account and be signed into that account to receive points
Once have have joined our reward system you receive 4 points for every $ you spend. (This does not include GST & Shipping)
Rewards are as follows.
800 points = $8.00 coupon
1500 points = $15.00 coupon
2500 points = $25.00 coupon
You also receive 200 points for joining.
Once you have enough points ,you will receive an email with a code to use for a discount on your next purchase.
 
WHAT POSTAGE SERVICE DO YOU USE ?
For Australian shipping we go through  Australia Post (other couriers are used when needed) These are automatically tracked and you will receive a tracking number once your package has been sent.
All packages sent with a courier  will require a signature  on Delivery, you will need to advise us if you want your package left without a signature (this is done at your risk and we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages)
Packages sent with Australia Post can either be left without a signature (this is done at your risk and we will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages) or require a signature on delivery. The choice is yours during checkout.
 
International Buyers : Yarns For All has no control over any customs duties, queries, delays or charges that may arise. The receiver must also pay Customs charges/Duties before delivery is made to the receiver .Yarns For All reserves the right to pass these charges directly onto you the customer. If charges are incurred and you do not wish to pay the Customs charges/Duties and the consignment is returned to Yarns For All, all return shipment charges will also be passed on to you and by proceeding with this booking you agree to pay these charges.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PACKAGE IS RETURNED TO YOU?
If your package is returned to us for whatever reason, IE not claimed or refused delivery, you will receive a refund on the products ordered.
You will not receive a refund on the cost of postage.
 
CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER ?
Yes you can collect your order by appointment only. Reminders will be sent out if order has not been picked up within a month. There is no refund on pickup orders if you change your mind. Orders not collected within 3 months will be considered abandoned and goods put back into stock.
 
DO YOU SEND THE SAME LOT NUMBERS  ?
We do send the same lot numbers if possible, there are times however when this isn't possible. If it is important that you need to same lot numbers please let us know when you order. 
 
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER ?

Most Orders are shipped 24-48 hours  (that is 1-2 business days) upon payment being received. Orders made late Thursday to Sunday will go out the next business day.

If there are any issues ,we will of course email you.

 HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT ?
Payments are made through  PayPal, Bank transfer , Stripe(Credit Cards),  Afterpay or ZipPay.
 
 DO YOU CHARGED GST?
 As of the 27th Jan 2018 we started charging GST as per Australia Taxation Laws. GST is included in the price of the product so there are no surprises at the checkout.
 
DO I GET EXACTLEY WHAT IS PICTURED OF THE PRODUCT?
Unless stated otherwise prices are for 1 only of the product (even if multiply shown) Colours may also vary due to the difference in screens being used.
 
 
PRE ORDERED YARN;
We order stock once a month, so include any pre ordered yarn in our order. It can take up to 4-5 weeks for you to receive the order from us. If you order in stock items at the same time as pre ordered they will all be shipped when the pre ordered items are in stock. If in stock items are required before hand an additional shipping charge will apply
 
DOES YARNS FOR ALL HAVE A PHYSICAL ADDRESS?
No sorry, Yarns For All is purely an online store.
