Shipping

All orders including pre-order items will be fulfilled once pre-orders items are in stock. 

 We can ship to virtually any address in the world. We use Fastway Australia as our main couriers , Australia Post and other courier companies are  also used when necessary.  Please allow  between 1-10 business days within Australia and up to 21 days internationally for your purchase to arrive.

Most orders will now need a signature on delivery.

If you want it left at your address we can send ATL (Authority to Leave).  Please let us know this during checkout.

Shipping is as follows:

• Australia
  Free domestic shipping for orders $70 and over.
  For all orders under $70 you can either choose Courier for your shipping, the cost is a flat rate of $6.95.
  Or Australia Post ,the cost is from $7.95 to $17.60 , depending on the weight of your order.
  
• To New Zealand shipping is a flat rate of $15.00 per order.
  
• To International buyers shipping is a flat rate of $25.00 per order.

Orders place Monday to Thursday before 5pm WST will be shipped next day (Providing payment has been received)

Orders place Friday to Sunday before 5pm Sunday WST will be shipped on the following Monday (Providing payment has been received.)

Returns Policy

• If the product is faulty.( yarn will be exchanged or total cost refunded includes shipping cost to return)
• If the wrong product was sent in error.(yarn will be exchanged or total cost refunded includes shipping cost to return)
• NO returns if you change your mind so choose carefully.
• NO returns on patterns books, magazines or Home Made items.
• NO returns after 30 days.
• No returns on Sale items, these items can not be exchange either.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
