shawl-3.jpg

Rose is a classic triangular shawl worked top-down as one piece. For making it you will need just one skein of our gorgeous and trendy Candy Cane yarn. Just pick up a color combo of your choice and enjoy crocheting this big, lacy, and beautiful accessory.

Pattern note

The Rose shawl is a fun and quick project that will give you a large lacy shawl, which you can wear at any occasion and is suitable even during the hot seasons. The shawl starts at the center back
of the neck and is crocheted down to the bottom edge. The triangular shape is achieved with increases at the start and the end of each row, as well as at the center point of the shawl.
The size is easily adjustable by adding or skipping rows or whole sections. You may also play with the colors or customize it even further by stopping at the end of any section and adding or not the final edging. Just have in mind that this will change the yardage requirements. Enjoy this pattern and don’t forget to tag us with #performanceyarn and #summervibesshawl, so we can see your beautiful creations!

Pattern note

You can begin crocheting from either of the ends, depending how you would like the colors to alternate. Ch3 in the beginning of a row counts as dc. Ch4 in the beginning of a row counts as dc and ch1. Ch6 in the beginning of a row counts as dc and ch3. If it is hard for you to find the central ch1sp you can place a marker. After that you will move it to the corresponding dc or ch1sp in each new row. When it is a dc, this st is the middle dc of the group (dc, ch1, dc, ch1, dc). All instructions are written in US terms

I purchased the yarn to make this at the Craft Fair at Claremont. I love the pattern but the printing is very small.

THANK YOU for the feedback, I have changed the font size so it should be bigger now,
